Copper and Courage: An Austrian Miner’s Legacy
Pouring history into every glass
Pete Ivanovich came to Bisbee, Arizona as a young man from Austria. Papa Pete as we knew him went to work in the underground copper mines. His hard work and daring exploits not only earned him the respect of his fellow miners but also the nickname of Crazy Horse Pete, which he also named his mine shaft that he leased from one of the mining companies.
Pete enjoyed his home-made liquor and this vodka was named in honor of our Grandfather, Crazy Horse Pete. Now we raise our glass to you!
